Smart antenna developer grows with new appointment Carlsbad, Calif., April 23, 2008 — Airgain, Inc., a smart-antenna innovator improving wireless connectivity in next-generation wireless systems, welcomes Alan Frank to the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Frank will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining the company's relationships with OEM, and ODM customers in North America, Asia, Europe, and around the globe. Frank comes to Airgain from Semtech Corporation, a supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products for use in computers, portable devices, and communications equipment, where he served as Director of Western Sales. Former Hewlett-Packard CFO and interim CEO Robert Wayman joins smart antenna developer Carlsbad, CA, April 1, 2008 — Airgain, Inc., a smart-antenna innovator improving wireless connectivity in next-generation wireless systems, welcomes Robert Wayman to its board of directors. Mr. Wayman retired from Hewlett-Packard in December 2006 following a 37-year career with the world's largest PC maker. "We are pleased to add Robert Wayman to the company's board," said Airgain President and CEO Pertti Visuri, Ph.D. "He is a well-respected corporate leader whose insights and experiences will be key to moving Airgain forward as the leader in providing high-performance, reliable wireless connectivity throughout the home."
