Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 25, 2019, Anil Doradla, the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Airgain, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company, effective November 30, 2019, to pursue other opportunities. Following his resignation, Mr. Doradla will provide consulting services to the Company. Mr. Doradla’s outstanding stock options will continue to vest during the term of his consulting services. Mr. Doradla’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, including its controls or financial statement disclosures.
