We employ people with diverse backgrounds to bring a more complete and comprehensive understanding to every endeavor and because we believe delivering the best products and services is improved by bringing diverse viewpoints to bear.

We are beginning our ESG journey by crafting and publishing policy statements that reflect our values – and below you will find our initial policy statements. We are currently working to capture more of our operational initiatives into records and reports that further demonstrate and provide evidence of our commitments and will provide those on this page in the future when they are available.

Airgain and its partners follows the Conflict Minerals Regulation to help stem the trade in four minerals – tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold.
